Juventus striker Dušan Vlahović is shaping up to be one of the hottest names in this summer’s transfer market, as several European giants — including PSG, Manchester United, Tottenham, Aston Villa, and AC Milan — weigh up moves for the Serbian international.
Despite being under contract in Turin until 2026, Juventus appear open to selling the 24-year-old. His high salary, combined with recent inconsistencies and shifting tactical priorities, could prompt the Bianconeri to cash in now — particularly as Vlahović enters the final two years of his deal.
Premier League Clubs Eyeing a Move
According to reports from CaughtOffside, Manchester United, Newcastle, Tottenham, Aston Villa, and Nottingham Forest have all expressed interest in Vlahović. United have reportedly initiated talks with Juventus to explore the possibility of including Jadon Sancho as part of a player-swap deal.
Such a proposal could appeal to both sides:
- Juventus have long admired Sancho and are believed to be open to bringing him in.
- United, on the other hand, are looking to reshape their forward line and offload the out-of-favour winger.
Meanwhile, PSG are also monitoring Vlahović closely. With reports suggesting the French giants may offload Randal Kolo Muani and Gonçalo Ramos, a new focal point in attack is a priority — and Vlahović fits the bill.
AC Milan Enter the Race
The latest development in the Vlahović saga comes from Italian journalist Alfredo Pedullà, who revealed in his CaughtOffside column that AC Milan are keen to bring the striker to San Siro this summer. The club is in the market for a reliable number nine, and Vlahović is viewed as the ideal candidate to lead the Rossoneri’s line.
“There’s little doubt he’s a talented striker. The Serbian can’t afford another season on the sidelines, and Juventus can’t carry the burden of a highly paid player they no longer consider essential,” wrote Pedullà.
The move would also represent a reunion with Massimiliano Allegri, who had been instrumental in bringing Vlahović to Juventus from Fiorentina in 2022. Although Allegri is no longer the Bianconeri boss, the sentiment of Milan reviving Vlahović’s career in a new environment has gained traction.
A Deal That Hinges on Compromise
According to Pedullà, a deal between Juventus and Milan is plausible — but contingent on Vlahović’s willingness to compromise:
- He may need to reduce his salary demands.
- Juventus could offer a €4–5 million severance package.
- Milan are reportedly prepared to offer a new deal worth €6–7 million per year.
“This could be a clean break — an amicable parting. Juventus and Vlahović have reached a point where separating may be best for both,” Pedullà added.
“Now it’s up to Dušan. The ball is in his court — let’s hope he doesn’t send it into the stands.”
